We,
a group of kids from CFY,met Bow Wow on Wednesday July 23rd,
2003. This big event took place at the HBO building on 42nd Street.
Even though the Bryant Park concert was cancelled for the public,
Bow Wow gave us a little performance at the reception. The
reception was a good and motivating.

Computers for Youth Executive Director, Elisabeth
Stock gave a speech about what our organization does for the
children and what parts of the city we work in. Then Joel I.
Klein New York City Schools Chancellor gave a speech about how
Computers for Youth has been helping children to progress in school
and how his new plans were going to help even more children succeed
with their goals.
After that, Bow Wow gave a speech about how he
currently uses the computer and the effect it has on his life. He
also spoke of how proud he was to support Computers for Youth. After
his speech he rapped a few lines of a song from his second album
Doggy Bag. He took pictures with the CFY family, signed a
couple of autographs and talked with the press.
