  Funbrain.com
This just might be the perfect site. These activities help you learn as you play and when you get something wrong, they teach you how to do it the right way. FunBrain has games about math, language, culture, music.... you name it.

  Scholastic Kids
A good site that’s easy to get around, this has some really fun stuff to do: riddles, trivia games, name games. A lot of the activities are based on books that Scholastic publishes like Harry Potter, Goosebumps, and The Magic School Bus.

  Zeeks.com
This site has a lot of fun games that stretch your brain and help you learn about art/music, language, science, math, geography... You name it.

  FunIsland!
This is a great site with fun games. They trick you into learning, by having games that require you to think about how to win. You can’t just play it and win. They don’t focus as directly into the learning phase, but there’s no way that you could play without learning. Even as I write this I am playing the lemonade game. In the lemonade game, you have to manage a lemonade stand for 30 days, and you start off with $20.00 and you have to see how much you can make in all. So you don’t realize it, but you are learning how to manage money, you have to be somewhat good at math, and it teaches a lot of business sense.

  Africa Games @ Gamequarium.com
This site has a Virtual Safari and many different quizzes about the people, the land, and the ways of knowing of Africa.

  A+ Math Games
You have to check this out! If you like competition, this is for you. Play MATHO which asks to to solve basic arithmetic--like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division while you're being timed. After you play, you can post your name on the Winners Page and see how you rank with other students.

  PBS Kids
This site is generally for a younger audience, but the games are still fun! I personally like the Sesame Street games. I think that if you want to have some fun, go check it out. Maybe if you have younger brothers or sisters they would really like this site.

  Mamamedia: Monster Games
Check out My Planet and learn more about the world while you're playing games with MamaMedia. Also, take a tour of the HQ (Headquarters) for Peace!

Bonus.com
This site has tons of games, but not of them aren’t really educational. In the Play Section, there are board games, word games, and brain games. In the Explore section, there are activities to learn about money, natural disasters (like hurricanes), and inside the human body. The site is a little technical and kind of tricky to get around, but still worth checking out.

  Club Planeta
This Spanish site presents you with an assortment of puzzles, sports games and drawing activities. Some of the games available on line are “Santa Secret’s Valley”, a graphic adventure for the whole family and “Stixworld” that develops the kids’ creativity and drawing skills.

  Yahoo! Words Games
This website lets you play vocabulary-building games. The user doesn't have to download anything. This site also has links to many other word games. Some of the games can be played by anyone but the others require a Yahoo! account.
