My name is Carlos and I am Puerto Rican.

I was born in Washington Heights in July. I am the oldest in my family. I have a ten year old sister. My favorite color is blue. My favorite baseball team is the New York Yankees. I live in Manhattan. My neighborhood is full of Italians. In the wintertime, it is quiet because it is cold, it snows and nobody likes to come outside. In the summer, it is loud because the weather is good to go outside. The kids like to run around and play. The Italian festival in my block makes the neighborhood loud with loud talking and loud music.

I am a senior at Park East High School. One of my goals is to go to college, have a major in computer engineering and get a masters degree. After I am done with college, I want to be a computer engineer because I like computers, there is a lot of money involved and I feel that computers are everything. My other goals are to buy a house and own a Spanish food restaurant. After graduating from college I am going to move out of New York because the life is getting too expensive and stressful. When I am settled after making a lot of money I would like to help the poor people and kids for example: I will help supply the food, water, shelter, medicine, toys and any other supplies that are needed to keep them healthy, strong and joyful.

My hobby is working on classic race cars. I like old cars because you can do anything with them and I feel they are the best. My favorite cars are, 1954 Chevrolette, 1957 Corvette, 1967 Shelby Cobra, 1967 GT 500 Mustang, 1968 Camaro, 1969 Chevelle, 1970 Dodge Charger, 1972 Buick Skylark and 1978 Malibu. I like to listen to music. My favorite music is old school freestyle. I like to watch movies that are scary or that have a lot of action with cars like Halloween Movies and 2 fast and 2 furious. My favorite sports are boxing, baseball and football. I take piano classes.
