Warning
-
Allow only Tech Helpers, CFY staff or CFY approved independent
technicians to repair CFY computers. Failure to do so will
result in a charge for our services, which are usually free.

If
you have purchased any of the external
hardware components (e.g. speakers, printers) or software
listed below, and need help with the installation, the Help
Desk may be able to assist you over the telephone. Because of
safety issues, CFY can NOT provide telephone support regarding
the installation of purchased internal hardware components
(e.g. video cards). However, if you bring those internal components
to the warehouse, we can install them at no cost.
