The telephone number for the Help Desk is printed on the CFY sticker on your computer. If the sticker has been removed, ask one of the teachers or Tech Helpers at your school and they will provide it for you.

Note: If you need to call the Help Desk after hours, you can leave a voice mail message with the relevant information (see list below). A Help Desk Associate will return your call the next day or, if you call during the weekend, on Monday.

After speaking with a Tech Helper, he or she may determine that your computer can only be repaired by an approved CFY representative. Although CFY is not obligated to fix the computers we distribute, we want to help you keep your computer in working order. To this end, we offer the following three repair options: school repair, warehouse repair or home visit.

Our Help Desk Associates are recent graduates from NYC public high schools. They are fluent in Spanish and English and have been trained by CFY's professional staff.
