When I try to dial up my Internet Service Provider (ISP), sometimes I receive a message "Line is busy". What does that mean? |
| An ISP is limited by the number of modems it has. It can only handle as many users as it has modems. When all the modem banks are full, you will receive the message "Line is busy". Keep trying until there is space available. | |

| * | Can I use FirstClass if I'm using America Online (AOL), Earthlink, Juno, NetZero or Prodigy as my Internet Service Provider (ISP)? |
| No, you can't use your FirstClass email service if you use AOL as your ISP. Installing ANY OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ISPs will change the settings that allow your computer to connect to the FirstClass server. These settings cannot be reset without returning your computer to the state it was in when you originally received it. This means that you will not be able to use FirstClass until you have your computer repaired by a Tech Helper or a CFY technician. It is for this reason that installing AOL, Earthlink, Juno, NetZero or Prodigyis not recommended. | |
| * | What if I already have an AOL account on another computer but want to check my email from my CFY computer? |
| You
can access your AOL email account without installing AOL by going
to the AOL Web Site and

| * | When I try to go to a Web site I get an error "Site Not Found". Why do I get this error? |
|
One reason could be that the site that you are trying to go to doesn't exist anymore. It could also be that there are a lot of other people logged onto your ISP or who are trying to access the same website. Wait a few minutes and try again.
